New home owner here. Joel has been a absolute gem. Removed an unwanted toilet system at a very good price. His work is clean and tidy, puts shoe protection on when walking over carpets and is a pleasure to speak with. He was also happy to go above and beyond with a couple of extra jobs we needed doing on the day. (Leaky sink, boiler check). He's made a lifetime customer for as long as he continues to work! You take the worry out of finding a plumber, thank you.

Had a plumbing emergency and contacted Joel-so glad i did.My botched attempt at diy had damaged the water supply pipe to the toilet cistern.He arrived within 2 hours and was amazing,necessitated removing part of the skirting board (which he did carefully) and repaired the pipework in a professional manner at a very reasonable cost.Really nice guy too,i wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will go to him for any future work needed.

Joel (or rather his partner - the boss lol) promptly answered a post I put on the 'Next door' forum as a last resort. I needed a plumber to replace a faulty shower pump. I had previously had two plumbers look at it but they were not familiar with them so by this point I was desperate. Joel came and gave me a quote for the job and arranged to fit it. He even messaged me the night before to confirm that I still wanted the job doing. He arrived on time and did the job with no fuss or bother. He even dropped the price (unheard of I know) as he finished sooner than he thought. I now have a good working shower, I'm so pleased. 😊 Joel has restored my faith in tradesmen. I cannt thank them enough. I broke my sink tap this morning, ordered a new one & they came to fit it the same day. Clean & tidy, no mess left. In & out in 90 minuets. Fantastic service & polite. 10/10

Called Joel to arrange a boiler service and gas safety cert and the feedback received was very positive from my tenant. Everything arranged through whatsapp and i would highly recommend Joel.

What a fantastic guy after having some ridiculous quotes of £120 and £89 Found the Jolly plumber, £55 I know it was not a big job fitting a flexy hose under the sink only here 20 minutes but now he gets to service the boiler every year, I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber or a boiler service.

Came to do boiler service..Pointed out issue that indicated CO2. Replaced affected part & pointed out other issues which may occur. Explained everything as he went along. Offered options of repairs as time goes on possible new boiler & which boilers were more economical. No pressure at all on if wanted boiler in future. Put in diary for annual service. Arrived on time & communicated price & availability to suit me. Cleaned up own mess along the way. Would recommend

Brilliant service Just want to say a massive thank you to Joel for putting my bathroom back to how it should be. I had a bathroom refit in October by another fitter. The fitter ruined my bathroom and left me with leaks. Contacted Joel who said he could sort everything out for me, and he did not disappoint. His quote was more than reasonable, he was also respectful, punctual and tidy. Once again thanks 😊
